With 4 king suites, each with its private full bath and multiple common areas, relax together with family or friends with the best that the Smokies has to offer. Enjoy the views of the Smoky Mountains from the decks, sit around the fire pit in the yard while the children use the swing set, relax in one of the living rooms with musical instruments, games, TV with premium cable, or a good book, soak in the hot tub on the screened-in porch, play a game of pool, or sit by the wood fireplace in the winter. Access to three clubhouses with swimming pools and tennis courts in summer. Close to skiing in the winter at Ober Gatlinburg as well as a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Middle floor living room

The main entrance is on the middle floor (additional entrance also on the bottom floor). The middle floor living room has a wood-burning fireplace (wood furnished in winter), TV, and comfortable seating with sofa and recliners. Half bath by front door.

Kitchen

We love to cook together and have equipped the kitchen with all the large and small appliances you need so you can make every meal memorable (and enough place settings for everyone!). The kitchen also has an island with seating so that everyone can join in the fun. And there’s a charcoal grill outside for BBQ night.
